To whom it may concern,

In September 2009 I made a purchase online for a logitech security software platinum upgrade for the amount of $97. Since this date, every year around the same time elements5 has deducted $97 out of my account, however I have not accessed or used any of the software since originally buying it. I am aware I must have mistakenly ticked a box for this to occur, I am seeking reimbursement for the amount of $291 for the three years i have not accessed this product.

Kind regards,

Gareth Davies

I can't find any website called "elements5.com", but I'll guess that you tried to buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 from a website that is not Adobe.

Adobe is currently on version 7 of Elements and don't sell the older versions, but you can sometime still buy them at places like Amazon or e-bay.

Where exactly did you try to make the purchase of this product?
