Electronics Expo review: Bait and Switch Scam

STOP! www.electronics-expo.com runs a Bait and Switch outfit. They advertise on their own site as well as Amazon.com, usually stating "only 4 left" when really they have none! They bait people by advertising low prices on items that are out of stock and then try to switch it with a different model as if they are giving you a good deal. After I placed an order for a Samsung LN46A550 I got an email asking me Bruno Castanheira to email or call them to confirm I wanted the other model. I cancelled my order only to find they continued to
advertise that they had the LN46A550 In-Stock. When I called to inquire as to what was going on, customer service was very rude and told me they are out of the tv I want. I asked why they continue to advertise as if they have the tv and the guy just said he didn't know. Worst of all, they immediately charged my credit card knowing they didn't have the item in stock and now I am being charged interest until they credit my card.
