El Sale Corporation (Royale USA) review: Lie say is life warranty plus you has to pay everything you change

I go 7/01/2022 to replace my falt irons people is very rude plus not charge my products plus I pay warranty I send I mail I make call not one response my call I have drive 3 hr from my home to go 5111 west knox st tampa fl 33634 for nothing my issue not resolved I going back home to my damage product now one resolved my problems people very rude I never even again buy nothing for this company I wanted my product warrantied so I went to the warehouse and I was told to patiently wait for one of the workers and nobody came till 30 mins later and gave me an invoice to pay and that it would be shipped. I got no help, instead they gave me the invoice with the wrong name and address and was making me wait 30 more minutes to speak to her again! Every employee as well spoke to my family extremely rude when I asked for assistance! 100% never coming back nor do I recommend anyone to come there!
