I have not accessed your services

I wrote to customer services 34330 no response or resolution 29.9.23.

Today 53011.

I have not used or accessed any of your services.

This is a mental health service which has now cost 2 payments of £26.99

In an energy crisis.

Please cancel my card details asap

I will log a complaint with my bank too.

Payment for no services and this is causing me my problems than resolution. I am distressed.

I joined to help my self and now I am in loss in a days pay. Can you help please?

Please respond as soon as possible
