Do NOT go to Educe! I went to Valerie for a color correction because another hairstylist put brown in my blonde hair. My hair was at my waist and had split ends. I knew she would have to cut off a couple of inches. I told her I didn't want my hair damaged. This was a concern because the stylist in the next chair was using a flat iron, and the whole area smelled like burned hair! Huge regret that I didn't get out of the char and leave. Obviously, the in-house training is not good! Anyway, Valerie over processed and cut about 5 inches off. I lost a lot of hair every time I shampooed or brushed it. It was so dry that i decided not to go back. After 2 months, I was concerned and went somewhere else for a free consultation. There was still brown in the back of my hair (never looked at the back), and a lot of hair broke off 2-3 inches from my scalp, and the cut was uneven all around. The new stylist took pictures and asked if he could get my hair wet to look at it wet and took more pictures. I immediately went to Educe to show them pictures and my hair damage and request a refund (I spent almost $450). They said no because I obviously went to another salon, and the other salon did the damage and bad cut. The only person who touched my hair since Valerie at Educe was at the consultation. He looked through my hair, took pictures, got it wet and took more pictures, and I set up an appointment for a future cut. The last picture shows the condition of my hair at the consultation. I then went straight to Educe. Can't believe they would not admit their error and tried to put the blame on me! They said I went to another salon and the other salon did the damage and bad cut. Educe said the refund period passed (honestly, I could not hold a mirror and look through the back of my hair). They also said Valerie told them my hair was breaking off when I came in. If that is true, why did she do a 3 hour color correction? BEWARE, they are not in business for customer satisfaction and do not care about you or your hair!

Desired outcome: Full refund
