I Ke'lone Branch made an online order# W0076746539-1. I called in to confirm any adjustments that needed to be made. I was very specific about time of delivery for both attempts. The first time the balloons weren't delivered. Four o'clock and no later I explained. She assured me that her delivery driver would be notified. Seems like I was just thrown the tough luck card. Both the manager and costumer services were nice, but just unprofessional. My fiancées birthday was today not tomorrow.
