EDCAP Empowering professional development

I recently attended one of the professional development workshops offered by the Education Collaborative of Western New York, and I must say, it was a game-changer for me. The facilitators were knowledgeable and approachable, creating an environment where I felt comfortable to engage and ask questions. The content was relevant and immediately applicable to my teaching practice. It's not every day you find a workshop that truly resonates and leaves you with tangible takeaways. I left feeling empowered and excited to implement new strategies in my classroom.
