This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

On October 17,2022, Around 3PM, a customer of econofitness was injured by a machine that was broken, the machine had no notice that expressed that the device was broken. The bench was available for use by any paying member of Econofitness. The women who was trying to lower the bench cut her finger very badly and began to bleed, she ran to the staff members for help but no one knew what to do. Therefore, I decided to help out and explicate to the staff members that I have reported that this bench is broken twice but yet no one had done anything to fix the issue which was led to this women cutting her finger. This can all be see on cameras as the gym is equipt with many security cameras. As this is all happening I have a male Econofitness began to charge me and becoming hustle and threatening me that if I don't stop he will do something. I assure he implied that he will hit me, therefore he will assult me because I am explicating that he is to blame for not removing the bench or placing a tag that described the bench as broken. The women is going to lay a law suit against the gym for her injuries as she had to go to the Hospital, but as for this male employee and the safety of the equipments at this facility I see the lack of safety protocols.

Thank you

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and that a safety service member inspector goes to inspect and make safety recommendations. As for the employee he should not be working in a customer service he believes that threatening.
