ECMC review: Trying to schedule an appointment
I have been in contact with Jessica the surgery scheduler for a month now trying to reschedule a patient. She makes me leave numerous messages & never returns any of them. I have left approximately 6 messages. starting before 9/8/2025. I work for Niagara county jail &b need to get this patient in. What am I supposed to do? She claims Dr. Burke has not given her a date the one time she actually answered the phone.
Desired outcome: I would like her to get talked to about what her job is & get an appointment scheduled.
