I went to see the property this company had for sale at 245 west 3rd st., newburg, mo 65550 yesterday at 6:30 p.M. That the company had on their website. The house is not habitable their is old mattresses on the porch, the inside of the house the kitchen cabinets are destroyed it looks like drug users were staying in their is trash throughout the entire house. The place needs to be demolished. Outside the back door a tree fell & you can't even walk down the steps becausethe tree is blocking the back steps. The house to the left of this residence is in sad shape their is a old washer & debris all over the yard & no one resides in the homes next to it on the left. I do not believe the company is aware of the condition of the house at 245 west 3rd st., newburg, mo 65550. The home is listed for a monthly payment: $499.34 a month

Down payment: $1499.00 the purchase price for the house is $ 58,399.
