I recently had an experience with Easy Number Plates (easynumberplates.co.uk) and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for a set of plates on December 13th and paid for 48-hour delivery as it was intended to be a Christmas present for my son. However, after waiting for 5 days, I decided to call and inquire about the status of my order. I was told that the plates had been sent via UPS with a tracking number of PA***.

However, when I contacted UPS and Parcel Force, they both informed me that this was not a valid tracking number. I was extremely frustrated and felt like I had been lied to. To make matters worse, I discovered that Easy Number Plates also owns Exotic Number Plates, which made me even more wary of their business practices.

I called Easy Number Plates again on January 3rd and was told that my plates were in the post and would be delivered the next day. However, the plates never arrived. I called again and was given the same response, that they would be with me soon. At this point, I had had enough and requested a refund.

Overall, I would not recommend Easy Number Plates or Exotic Number Plates to anyone. My experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would advise others to stay away from these companies. I recently had a need for some number plates and decided to go with Easy Number Plates (easynumberplates.co.uk). Unfortunately, my experience with them was not a good one. I needed the plates urgently and thought these guys could deliver quickly. However, it turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE. I would advise anyone to stay away from them as they are scammers.

I paid for my plates a week ago and was promised delivery within two days. However, I received nothing. When I contacted them, they claimed to have sent me an email two days earlier requesting some documents. This was a lie because I did not receive any email, not even in my spam folder. I immediately sent them the documents they requested, but they still did not deliver my plates. They promised to deliver the plates within two days, but it has been four days now and I still have not received them. I have sent them several emails and called them, but they have not responded.

Today, I sent them an email requesting a refund, and someone replied, promising that a colleague would be in touch shortly. However, no one has contacted me yet. I would advise anyone to stay away from these guys. There are plenty of other companies out there to do business with. They are scammers!

L. E. I must add that they are now replying with other lies. I did not threaten any staff member, but I did threaten their company with a lot of bad reviews if I don't get a refund. In conclusion, I would not recommend Easy Number Plates to anyone. They are not professional, punctual, or reliable. Their quality and value are also questionable. It is best to avoid them and find a more reputable company to do business with.
