Eastern State Hospital Lexington, KY review: Missing personal items

I was discharged 10/11/22 from Gragg 3 after 4 days observation. I found several items missing from my purse. Someone put my cell phone in a ziplock bag with my car and house keys causing scratches to the screen. My pack of filtered cigars was missing and my lighter. Today, 10/15/22 I realized 2 more items are missing. A pair of children's size scissors and my small green pocket knife. I don't care about the 7 filtered cigars, but I want my pink bic lighter back, my scissors back and my small green pocket knife back.
