On 08/21/22 I went to the East Coast Service station on Woodbury/Glassboro rd. in Woodbury, NJ. I asked "fill it up, cash regular". When the pump stopped it read"$34.06"... I told the attendant "I have change, that's good right there", he mummbled something unintelligible, and kept pumping... I tried to explain to him about the purpose of the floatation device in the gas tank, but he said "I have no change, what's the difference 34/35 dollars"? He said "you no like what I do, how I work, go elsewhere". I told him I was going to report him, and definitely would be taking my business elsewhere"... He laughed and said"complain all you want, nobody do nothing nobody care about you, your change "!
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: I would like an apology, a change in his attitude, and at the very least a class in customer service/how to deal with a reasonable request ( stop the pump here ) by the paying customer.
