I use EZ pass in NJ My credit card is on file and instead of just charging me for tolls they continuously say my monetary level is to low and fine me with pictures of my license and take those charges out of my account
I have called several times and waited on line for 45 minutes and over and finally got a hold and still no resolution
I am fed up I want justice or I will sue EZ Pass There are enough complaints about EZ Pass to require an investigation
