I was employed at dyma going on my fourth week. My third week I was out of work on a wednesday my mom was rushed to emory in atlanta, where she remained in I c u for 6 weeks. So I had a mechanic that works at dyma notify them why I wasn’t at work. I returned to work on thursday only missing one day. Even tho my mom was worse I still came back to work. So on thursday when I got to work we were sent to back by carrie and shays office to do rework. One employee (male) propped on boxes and was sleeping then he goes to restroom and sleeps around an hour in there. So during all this carrie calls me in office and ask me why I was out. I explained and she said I was no show I tried telling her that the mechanic explained and told them. She wouldn’t hear it. She types up a letter and give me no choice but to sign if I missed any time, I would be terminated. So monday my fourth week carrie tells me to stack cause short handed. To my surprise 4 production lines were going wide open and she had me doing all four lines. No air condition in the plant it was extremely hot and me running so fast trying to keep 4 lines. I got sick vomiting and felt light headed, and I was so hot. It scared me I thought I was having a heat stroke. Our lead person april noticed I was sick and told me she was gonna talk to carrie about sending me home because I continued vomiting. April talked to carrie and april told me carrie said I could go home but this was the only time. Carrie is one had me doing 3 and 4 peoples jobs is why I was sick. So I went home so sick. I returned to work tuesday and carrie put me running 3 and 4 lines again, I worked a little less than 2 hours. Carrie comes by calls me to office and terminated me. She walked past the man sleeping several times to come get me to terminate. While saying nothing to the male. The time I was absent I had very good reasons. Yet a man can sleep right in front of her while on clock and im terminated for being with my mom and carrie making me do 3and 4 peoples jobs and making me sick. Discriminate — discrimination! Carrie should lose her supervised title and reinstate my job from time I started...

Desired outcome: My job back with my original start date. Carrie should no longer be supervisor.

If I was a Man I would still be there. Carrie terminated Women while letting Men sleep on job

Carrie continues to discriminate females.
