Writing this post so that no one loses their hard-earned money due to FRAUD
Please do not give your interior work to Nitin aka Annasaheb Satish Naikwadi.
He is running a fraud company under the name of Dreamroof Properties and Interiors
Started working on my 2 bhk: 22nd December 2023
Promised handover date: 25th January 2024

Today: over 60 days but LOTs of work unfinished
In my screenshots, you can see he is a liar because over 3 weeks we have shifted to the house, he did not even finish carpenter work still.
Humble request: don't choose Nitin/ Dreamroof Interiors to save money. Go with established brand... Or you will lose your peace of mind, time, energy, and your dreams will turn into nightmare.
If he is already doing your interior work, don't pay him anything until he finishes your work.
Beware of this fraudster and liar.
