My sister had a phone consultation with Dr. Vincent Yeow, to correct her droopy eyelids. Over the phone, Dr. Vincent Yeow quoted S$4, 000 for the surgery.
I accompanied my sister for her office visit. When arriving at the clinic and registering, the staff and Doctor solicited my sister with regards to putting the surgery on her insurance policy i.e., use the policy to cover the cost of the surgery. The staff nurse confirmed my sister's insurance policy and the cost of the surgery is now being billed to my sister's insurance as S$29, 000.
Desired outcome: Verify the surgery cost against the insurance claim. Such fraudulent costs, raise the cost of my insurance policy.
Dream Clinic - They just keep trying to bury their genuine, negative reviews with (clearly) fake ones and have renamed their business listing name to dream international concierge. Strange how they brand themselves as a Korean-ish clinic but cant uphold their korea clinic standards. Overpromises from time to time but cannot deliver. They just keep burying all reviews even in their social media accounts. Be careful and look out
Very uneven ptosis and double eye lid surgery by Dr Vincent Yeow - incredibly shocking given he was SO PROUD during consultation - for no reason now I know! I think there is a clear distinction in giving a third world country a better smile and a sloppy job will suffice but come on, we paid big bucks for a perfect job. If not, why did you charge $15,000+?
