This man performed a custody evaluation and provided untrue information to the courts. He over looked information provided to him and went on misquote information given to him as well. Dr. Joseph Frey also lied to me and went on falsify testimony given to him. I have a feeling this man is not used to someone standing up to him and calling him out on his lies and corruption.
Dr Frey has completely disregarded information given to him. One parent has already lost custody of her kids to their father after her repeated lies and now he's siding with her. The other parent is having to fight for anything more that seeing his children 8 days in a month and is now seen as obstinate and manipulative. His son (4yrs old) is struggling now in school and acting out. Where or who can help, GA is not good for kids.
Jody Frey goes to the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection on Green Street. I was there one morning and saw him and I was just thinking in the back of my mind how in the world this man sits there in church with all those people and does what he does. He is one of the most dishonest and sleazy people that I have ever met. He lives at 646 WoodStone Way in Evans 2 houses down from my cousins. They know how much of a slime ball be is. He is nothing but a [censored] for the money and kids do not matter.
From what I understand he was very close to Judge Jolly. He even went with her to concerts where her husband was playing in his band. I know for sure that they protected him when he screwed up cases for people. He has made many mistakes and done many things on purpose. Janet Weinberger was very close to him also. This man at one point was making over 300, 000 a year from Augusta court business.
The first thing he told me was "do not read reviews they are all from people that do not like me". RED FLAG. He is in the good ole boy network. I was completely shocked by some of the comments he made during the evaluation. I was more shocked to read the report. He completely twisted things I said and threw in some comments I never made. It was basically a long report of false and inaccurate information in an attempt to sway toward the other side. I know why he does it $$$$ but I am not sure how he still has a license to practice and how he still has a good reputation in this town. He is a horrible person and completely unethical professional. SHUT HIM DOWN before he ruins more families
You need to file a complaint with the state board in Macon. Many people have done this but so far it hasn’t done anything. Something has got to be done and there must be a way to fix this. This man has her children very bad. The best site that exposed him has been shut down.
I have been told that it will only make me look worse. I would have to give my name if I file a report-- it will only get back to him and it will make it worse on me. I am still fighting things he said about me. LIES!

I am not sure if this is a current thread? I had a bad experience with Dr. Frey too. Report was filled with lies and misquotes. It was shocking to read. How does this happen!
There are a few people still following this but the main threads and posts regarding Jody Frey are always under attack and keep getting shut down. Frey has worked very hard to mask search engine results and hide complaints.
Listen to me.. you have to go on an all out attack in Jody Frey’s custody evaluation and document every word that is wrong. The guardian will try to pressure you to settle for something not right and tell you that the judge will not go against Frey. Jody Frey mucked up a case so bad a few years ago and got caught red handed. He never showed his face in court. Catherine Ryan was out in the hallway running around yelling his name but he never showed up because it would have been documented in open court that he changed what was told to him.
A law got pushed through in Georgia back in 2005 that gave Frey immunity which is wrong. This man has been doing this for years and has been making 300 K a year with courts I’m told. All you can do is file a complaint with the state board in Macon.

Joseph Frey gave custody of my children to a man that showed traits of psychopathy in the results of the MMPI that we both took. I showed traits of being naive with a tendency to result to optimistic fantasy when faced with stressful situations. Dr. Frey reported to the court that the test must have failed my ex husband and that I must have manipulated the test. My daughters when they were only 4 and 5 years old told Dr. Frey that daddy licks their panties and pee pees on their face. My son was to young to tell him anything... Dr. Frey accused me of implanting ideas in my children's minds. A few years later my son drew a picture of his face with a penis in his mouth. There used to be a link on Martinez topix forums about Frey and Janet Weinberger. I posted on it for 8 years... Last year I went to check up on it and it has been corrupted.
This coward hid behind the letters after his name and his "friends" in the courts and lied through his crooked teeth in our custody hearing. He fabricated testimony, totally ignored that my ex was under Federal investigation for child pornography at the TIME OF our case. Misquoted and misstated a very large part of testimony, yet included his own twisted make believe opinions. And please don't get me started on the Ad Litems. They are just as corrupt! If not more so! The only thing the one in our case wanted to know was about our past sex life! She traumatized my child beyond words. To the point that as a pre-teen my child was suicidal!
Dr Frey ruined my childrens future to make a fast buck. Dr Frey you know what you did. NEVER ALLOW THIS LIAR TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DESTORY YOUR KIDS. Better pay off your spouse than have your children ruined by a scam artist.
Dr. Frey is used by lazy attorneys who do not want to do their job. He does not do what he says he is supposed to do and does not look at the facts like marks on a child chest from a 200 lb man and police records and restraining orders of a man who chokes his wife and tries to choke his step-son. He does what the attorneys want him to say and do in court. It is a shame that our justice system has gotten so terrible and people will not look at what is really is going on.People like Dr. Frey are like dirty cops who take bribe money . Look at what he charges 4, 500. for an evaluation for what .How does he sleep at night?

Frey is not neccessarily corrupt he just has an "assembly line" that makes lots of cash and is not really about taking care of children. It was created to take the heat of the judges. Frey is reckless to say the least but if he were to be thorough and accurate he would lose by taking too long on a case.
