Dr. Smith did a neck lift and a cheek tightening on me after which i looked great. He was at that time trying a new acculift machine with the option to buy. He tried it out on me without telling me what kind of procedure this was. Well It was taking fat out of my face. On a young person the skin would tighten and woujd most likely look better. But I am a 76 1/2 year old and any one should know that skin on a person my age would not tighten. So this procedure ruined what the first procedure did and now I have creases and fat pockets around m mouth. He did 3 fillers and none did nothing at all. lI wonder what was in the fillers. Maybe just water . I even agreed for him to do more surgery to correct. The second surgery did no good at all. All t my own expense. I could not even tell the difference. I have now turned this over to the Board of Cosmetic Surgeons that check these things out. Dr. Smith pretends that all of this is my fault and will not answer my calls at his time.
I drive from another state just to go to Dr. Smith. He is awesome! He completely explains everything and when I want one thing and it is not the best solution for the problem I am addressing, he tells me and suggests what will fix the problem. I have a friend that also uses him as well. He has turned down doing procedures on her because what she wanted would not do what she thought. You have to respect that. I also LOVE his approach which is to do things that will look natural, not overdone. He is a fabulous doctor that I completely trust...and well worth the drive!
I have had a number of procedures done by Dr Smith over the years. Ive also lived in Chicago and Miami, and although lived in these large cosmopolitan and metropolitan cities, where cosmetic surgery is in abundance. ..I always thought of, utilized and down right bragged about the experience, expertise, professionalism and way Dr Smith listens to, and thoroughly explains all procedures and products! Im shocked to hear any negative words about him. Im completely happy with everything hes done. To include a procedure he did on my lips, which at tbe time was new, and he went on to explain ALL the risks, that I was the first person to try ot. I agreed, and Im still totally hsppy. I would highly recommend Dr J George Smith!
