This Internist brutally handled me, slandered my good name, threatened my enjoyment of life by threatening to take away my freedom as a good American wife and mother.

He instigated himself from outside the hospital into my ER room.

He was my doctor for two visits in 2008. He instigated /placed himself in my ER after ambulance picked me up for Anaphylactic Shock. In 2008 he said I was too sick and he just didn't have time in is practice to do all that needed to make me healthy. He had some guilt when He found I was in ER 2 days in a row.

He began by ordering that shift to place a guard and my bedside. Lock down and create a hostile behavior.environment rather than healing or helping me.

He ordered the 3people on duty to isolate me from anyone. No tests allowed not even the urine test for recreational drugs which is the very first thing they even do if we say simply and truthfully, "I have never used recreational drugs nor to I smoke. Some of us actually are telling the truth.

He called a hospital type social worker or therapist to analize me. She said to me, "you seem good to me. I'm not recommending anything against you. They had the guard removed so she would not see the aggression they created.

I got up to go to the restroom with guard right behind me. I said why are you following me, nicely. He looked wary but said, They want me to make sure you don't leave and that only specific people allowed. A male nurse was violently going through my valise. I asked him nicely to empty the large valise on my lap and we will look together. He never faced me, never introduced who he was nor what he wanted. I sad what are you looking for. He ignored me an d slipped two items in his pocket away from me toward the wall. He continued to ignore me. I was too tired to say much after the shock of my life which I might say another shocker was about to rear it's head.

Finally, since his behavior was atroscious for a healer, I said, "Get out of my purse now."

He ran out and came back with the first guard and that is when I asked for bathroom privledge. They put me in the hospital and guards inside the room and refused to discharge me to my son and go home.

I had anphalaxtic shock from an antibiotic that they gave the night before and the one I took the next day. Back to 2008, I entered ER with complaint about the feeling of pressure the antibiotic was causing. Instead after lookin/staring at eachother thy blamed it on the heart and geve me nitro.

I believe they must have remembered that they did not caution me in 2008 that that antibiotic was no longer safe for me to take. Instead they covered it up, blamed on hear so next time I took a larger dose I almost died. I realize now since it was a prescibed drug by a doctor that they thought I might figure out and...lawsuit. This time they had a plan and was ready to not only cover-up again the killer antibiotic but quote, "get me out of society before I was diagnosed and, I'm going to put you away for life. See that building over there. He pointed. I weakly looked the next day so dehydrated and not a moment of sleep out of fear for my life. There's more about a lady with a conscience who was asked to slip a drug in my mouth but withdrew when she me. "I'm not going to give you this, I changed my mind. I would not be lucid in the morning when they brought in for 15 minutes a psychiatrist. First he ordered the guard to leave the combative sick Dr DE MONTERIO. Before the psyche came in they also loaded down the table with not one but two trays of food and lots of liguid for show for the psychiatrst in case I complained about food and liquids he would think I was ...crazy. He didn't think I was and released me.

I did not mention the conspiracy, misconduct, life-threatening behavior, maliciuos intent, Do Harm, rather than do no harm because He might have put me away and that is just where the guilty doctor who has no right to be called a doctor wanted me. He needs to go back to North Korea. He's disgruntled, not up for recognition? He was going to be the hero and recognized by his peers and the Hospital as their savior and merit and award from a little woman that was innocent, a great target and threaten my life everyday that I need medical attention. I'm on so many databases. He overided the psyche and ruined my reputaion9untarnished) and got himself admiration, respect and merit. He is a liar and I was soft spoken this entire incident and no more words than counted on two hans and feet. I was recently in an accident/the other guy admits fault. I am supposed to get some Orthopedic/hit twice by SUV and Chevy Silverado. Each time I enter a doctors office they pull the Dr De Monterio name on the computer and call him. I am immediately sent out the door, the same with any ER. They are actually very rude even in front of another person/son/friend etc. Help. They are still billing my insurance for phony erroneous bills over 7000.00. They have cARt blanche with my card and they cannot back up any tests, no blood drawn and no monitors with my heart activity except for the night I entered ER for blood in urine. They will I'm sure use that data to say they did the same the next two days. Cover-up but I am paying a dear price. I am so sickly. Help me Oprah Winfrey

Since I have had some severe emergency and ...Dr De Monterio has blocked me from any healthcare anywhere in california and beyond. I am not welcome in any hospital and I'm going to die.

After hours no food allowed no water no towels, no blankets. They were trying to humiliate me and try to cause me into an angry state which was the purpose for ignoring me and keeping me dehydrated. They refused to put the IV but for show reasons brought one in and let it sit there possibly for the social worker to see. Need in my arm but...not connected. I was weak from the shock and stayed up leaning over my legs like a monkey. I was alert in that my listening was fine tuned and I was very aware of who wasn't doing what they were supposed to be doing/rehab of the esophagus, which caused me 6 months of esophagus problems choking because they refused emergency intubation and muscle shot to help heal me so future possible shock would not be so life-threatening.
