Dorma Dunelm review: Product

Good morning, To Whom It May Concern, I wish to make a complaint about a product we bought from one of your stores, we decided to treat ourselves to a Dorma Super king size Duvet which cost us £90 and also a couple of Dorma Super king size Duvet covers and to find out that once we opened them to put on our bed the Duvet covers were to big which we found odd as they were both the same size 220/260, we ended up getting a measuring tape and measured them both, Duvet cover measured 220/260 but the actual Duvet DID’NT it only measured 180/260 so your measurements are about 300mm shorter than what you advertises, I’m having to go to the trouble and more expense to have the Dover covers ultered to actually fit the Duvet, I am a foster career and I don’t have money to waste, £90 plus the covers came to £158 which took me a while to save and we bought them on the 29th August the day I came out of hospital, it has taken me a while to write to you due to health problems, we can’t take any of the products back as we had opened them. I very disappointed and angry as I saved hard so I could afford a little bit of luxury. I look forward to hearing back from you.Ms Erika McDonald
