Dooney & Bourke review: Pebble grain sachel

The color I ordered was incorrect and I was given an ugly purple not the pink one I wanted. I’m so unhappy. Your website is awful and the colors don’t match the wallets. Your tracking is terrible and no alerts were giving as updates to tracking. Customer service was a waste of time and never helps. I always get [censored] as a resolution and the run around. A manager is never available. I want the purse I paid for and ordered. This ain’t right. I refuse to ever spend my money with this company again. Coach is much better.
