I purchase a brand new Dooney and Burke Sophie Hobo serial number [protected] CF937 NU….. this bag is falling apart! I’m disappointed in a company that makes beautiful, high quality, well known brand name handbags etc. and this is what I get for trusting! I would like to send pics of this bag and how it’s peeling and cracking pleather on the inside and dying my items in my purse red. This is such a disappointment as I was getting ready to order 5 handbags online, I have decided against this purchase due to my new bag decentergrating!
