I am writing to submit a complaint regarding the automatic renewal of my Domestika subscription.
About a year ago, I purchased your pack on a trial basis, for an amount of around one hundred euros. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal, and I was recently surprised by a charge of almost €400, which is significantly higher than what I paid initially — nearly four times more.
I do not think it is fair to pay for a service that I do not use and do not intend to keep, especially considering such a large price increase compared to the first year. I never intended to renew this subscription, let alone at this amount.
Never recieved any warning about the renovation.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the charged amount and the cancellation of the subscription and they only say that they dont do refunds.
