Doctor Richard Knipe of Saint Petersburg Florida is a fraud and a thief. He deliberately takes advantage of patients at their weakest hours. During the time he was treating our family he set up a dummy corporation to by out our family assets with complete anonymity.
What he did was not only unethical but against federal HIPAA guidelines. He committed a class IV felony punishable up to 10 years in prison and $250, 000 in fines.
The guys is absolute ###. Stay away from him. below is a picture of the home he stole from our estate.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
