Discord review: Discord 2FA lockout, locked out of my account for over 3 months now with sensitive and vital information inside my account

Since then, I may say 3 months after being locked out of my Discord account due to some 2FA matter following my computer being factory reset. I had saved my backup codes but somehow did not have the foresight to also save a screenshot before proceeding with the factory reset. Now, they are lost, and I have reached the limits of Discord's recovery options.

This is not just any random account, It has in it:
- Access to crypto wallets, valuable bitcoin accounts and business documents.
- Documents related to school information.
- All my communication with fans, subscribers, and customers who support what I do.
- Ownership or membership in highly relevant Discord groups and communities. (owner of team c00lkidd server)

The emotional drain this caused is mind-blowing. I have sent a bunch of support tickets, explaining everything very clearly in each, and I have also put together a Google Document showing that I am the rightful owner. but they decided to not read it and answer me with the same template of text.

Despite trying almost all options available in the world, they've ended up going really, really generic and automated replies. I've raised complaints with the Better Business Bureau, tried posting on Reddit, Twitter, and a few other public platforms-all without receiving suitable replies.

I would like to stress that being a resident of Turkey, my rights are guaranteed under the following:

Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK):
- The data controllers must process the data fairly, transparently, and securely as required by the KVKK.
- I have the right to access, rectify, and ask deletion or recovery of my data.
- Continuous unavailability, moreover, of support may also indicate non-compliance with the Turkish data protection law.

Too strict is the system of Discord with its account recovery, especially from its 2FA lockouts, even when the rightful user can give all required proof of ownership.

I request Discord to:
- Actually, review my case in human terms and not just generated responses.
- Have a good understanding of the serious personal, emotional, and financial ramifications this lockout entails.
- Respect international and Turkish privacy laws as far as responsible user data handling is concerned.
- Full access to my account
- Immediate account recovery link/website.
