I went to dishem mall of the south first thing this morning and walked in as the doors opened. I went straight to the clinic to get my cholestrol tested and blood pressure checked. I was unaware that you needed to book as I have been for several tests at various dischems over the years with no booking needed. But got turned away by the nurse even though the first appointment hadn't even arrived within the 10mins while I waited. I escalated to the store manager who was also uninterested to help. I do believe in structures and processes but honestly they could of assisted me before the first appointment as they were late. And this is how you loose a good customer.
