I bought four new Michelin tires for my 2019 Toyota Camry. This is a second car for me and isn't driven that much. About a month after purchasing the $1,000 in tires, I had a three hour road trip and it was the first time up to speeds of 70 mph. The car started shaking horribly. When I got back, I took the car back to Dills Tire and they rebalanced the tires. Still the same. I went back a third time and Dills Tire was rude to me. They said my steering was worn out and loose which was causing the problem. Once again, this is a 2019 Toyota Camry with only 38K miles on it. Three week later, I had the car to a Toyota dealer for an oil change and had the steering checked. They said it's as tight as the day it was purchased and there's nothing wrong with it at all. So. Here I am. Several months later and I still have the "out of round" tires on my shaking car that nobody will help out with. Where do I go? What can I do? Who do I contact? Oh, by the way. The Toyota dealer checked the rims to see if any were bent. They are perfect and the car didn't shake like this with the old tires that came off of it.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Fix my shaking car. Replace the out of round tire. This was my third set of Michelin tires for various cars over the past two years. It's the second set out of round.
