Diamond House Detailing review: Complaint

Greg, the owner of the business, is so unreliable. I made a verbal agreement for the service of moss cleaning. He emailed me a day before of the cleaning day, and told me he double booked and he can not make it on time. Later on he texted me that he can not make it due to medical reasons.

To make the next appointment, I was trying to connect him by emails, text, phone but he would not answer. When I was able to contact him, he made so much excuses and he didn't apologize until I made a compliant to him.

I gave him another chance and made an appointment for cleaning. He would not answer emails, text, phone calls. He didn't show up again. The cleaning would have been done if I didn't ask him. Terrible communication and terrible manner.
