First off, I'm the idiot! Went into this retail shop and was totally snowed! Sapir Yacobi was a real heavy weight scammer. What I came out with was wrong on so many levels.
Products: 1) Marvelous Signature Skincare system... $14,950.00
2) Empire LED Eye device New Generation... $ 995.00
3) Dermalactives Body Scrub... $70.00
4) Introstem Stemcell Facial Toner... $250.00
5) Introstem Stemcell Antiaging... $1300.00
TOTAL... $17,565
After much pressure, calling her "boss", using her own credit card, pinky promises not to tell what she just threw in at no charge, $700 facials free as often as wanted if I bought products. I ended up with a price tag of $2000.00
Now how does this happen? That a huge adjustment in products. That would be a "loss" of $15,565.00
Is this a legit company? Went home, spoke yo my spouse (also though I was naïve) and angry. With in 45 minutes returned to the store to return products, feeling something just didn't add up. Sapir Yacobi informed me I couldn't return items because: they were opened (not by me but her to show the product), stated she did the dealings without company knowledge and wouldn't be able to refund my money, and the largest costly item WAS NOT OPENED!
Yep! I believe as well as my spouse, I WAS SCAMMED!
This all took place 2/27/2023, states any "un-opened" products have 14 days to return. Today is 3/3/2023 and she is still going through her higher ups to see what can be done. Shame on those who take advantage of others for their profit!
I'm so glad I came in and met sapphire. She is a wonderful wonderful person. She makes me feel welcome and happy to be here. She takes such good care of me. I love her. And the products.
I came in here looking for gifts for my family and ended up getting a great deal from the friendly and knowledgeable team there at Diamond Cosmetics.
They have great quality skincare products and machines and they took the time to clearly explain to me what each product is best for.

I bought the signature device and have been extremely happy with this multiple light device. I originally bought it to firm up my face as I did not want to do plastic surgery. This device is easy to use and can be used on the entire body.I got amazing pain relief in my knees and improved texture on my face and arms. The light therapy also improved my mood. My husband also enjoyed the light therapy on his back and had a very restful night. This light therapy is truly revolutionary and causes no pain to treated areas.
