Diamond Building Care review: Appointing business associates with false promises, and making them to invest to sell their product in wrong way

Company made me to invest money, with all false commitments and never shown courtesy towards my problems. Details are below.

Actually I have called regional sales manager, Diamond Building Care (Roop Kumar) in the month of Feb 2020, By seeing their advertisement for the business associate in the news paper (Eenadu Daily). After that I met him once in Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh), to understand their company and business structure.

Next time I have met him again in the month of June and paid him 6000/- as registration fee to join as business associate. And he promised me that he will arrange training in the same month and also will appoint sales force for assisting me in selling the product and Applicator support. After that he asked me to pay 100,000/- for material and in the same month (June 2020), I have paid them 100000/- for material.

After several follow ups from the third week of July 2020, They sent me material in the first week of august 2020. Huge delay in sending material.

After that I have sent number of mails to train me on the product.. But every time Mr. Roop Kumar, has given false commitments that he will arrange the same, in a week or 10 days. But it never happened. In one of the reply mails, He mentioned that due to covid 19 situation, they unable to train me in East Godavari. For that also I asked them to train me in any other districts of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana states. but nothing happened. Most of the times, He does not answer me. He never respected my time and emotions. And I have sent n number of mails to the management through their Domain (www.diamondgroup.in), But they never responded, and just sent me a message that they received the message.

From then, November 2020 onwards, I have asked them to collect their material and asked me to refund my money, as I completely lost faith in the company. That time Mr. Roop Kumar from company answered me in mail that he will refund the money and they will transfer the material to another person. but he never did it and completely stopped answering me.

Sir, there is lot of financial loss incurred to me, as I have bought money from Axis Bank loan and invested here. And I have hired a shop to place this material and still, am paying rent to it, as the material is lying there.
Being a new aspirant entrepreneur, there is lot of emotional pain and agony caused, because of the false commitments of this company. Multiple false promises like, appointing a sales force, extensive training in the product and applicator support.
I have wasted much time in following up them and due to this am not able to do any other work for months, by believing them.
As a brand investor, company never shown any courtesy to answer or resolve my issue.
Company regional sales manager has given all false commitments, even he said orally that company will pay back all the money, if they fail to sell the material in three months of time, from the date of purchase.
