Diagnostic Solutions review: Urine screening

Dr Valpiani, owner A Better Life Pain Treatment AND Diagnostic Solutions.
I have been seen by this man since June 2017, for medication. He also provides drug Screening services. For which, he bills Medicare, $1400.
You have no choice of service providers.
I am a Commercial Licensed driver who has been subject to random testing for 28 years... NEVER had a bad test and most certainly, know procedure by heart.
In last 6 months, 3 times... had to ask for a new cup, due to broken seal.
2 times... my unmarked sample had been removed from sample tray and placed on desk, along side other unmarked samples!
Surprise, Surprise... I now have a bad test on my record.
He has single handedly destroyed my chances of ever returning to work, as a Professional Driver!
This man deserves to lose his license for both Businesses and his medical license!
