I ordered two items. They do not fit properly and I want to return. Their return policy says to contact their service dept. and get a return form. This needs to be done within 30 days. I am within that limit, but their service dept. email info, just takes you back to their order and catalog info. I tired several ways to go to [protected]@dueyo.com and nothing worked.

I will dispute with my credit card company, but I think ads on Facebook, should be removed and not allowed, if this company won't or can't accept returns on new merchandise.

I have items I ordered they answered me once & offered a pitiful amt for refund $24 on $113 worth of product & I said no I want my full refund & now they do not respond. It's a scam for not buy from them! This happened to me a year ago also and I think it's the same company but they changed their name and they kept my money do not order from these companies that are in China do not you will be ripped off

Shameful and shady business practices. I've been taken and misled and they have my $84. Products are grossly overpriced and the quality is beyond horrible. They conveniently omitted any type of packing slip or return method information within the package. They only offer an email for correspondence which I used only to find out they offered a $14 refund. The headline on their website CLEARLY states easy returns and quality guaranteed. It also states they have 2 manufacturing plants in the US and products are shipped from the US. After 7 emails with this company I was told I'd have to ship my items to DUBAI at my expense and only then would they consider refunding me any money at all. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've been had. I'll be working with my credit union to see if I can get an refund that way.

don't feel bad... I too was scammed by them this week. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company... I tried to cancel the day after I ordered and they said it was ready to ship and couldn't.. the usps postal service hasn't received it - probably cuz it's still in China and hasn't landed in the US yet. And they say their products are made in the US which is why I ordered it... we need to be careful ordering products you see on Instagram and FB... good luck!

I ordered two dresses earlier this spring that I am very pleased with. They were a cotton blend, comfortable and nice looking. I ordered three dresses recently that are of a flimsy material and/or do not look like what I ordered. I avoid poly materials because they feel too hot for me. Please send a return request form.

I could file a credit card fraud complaint for 2 dresses of shabby quality, unknown material, and poor sizing but I'm not sure if that will be helpful to me since I do have the items which are totally unacceptable . But I just might call. I'm not going to put myself through t he aggravation of trying to return --in recognition of everyone else's experiences (cited above) with this unethical company who is no longer advertising on Facebook that I've seen recently..

I received a shirt that looks noyhing like the one I ordered. Van't fimd a customer phone number and there was no paperwork in the package. I have sent a request for return to an email provided on the website, but after readimg these comments, have jo hope for a refund.

Definitely stay away! My tops were shipped from New York. No labels so no idea what material they are made of. Two shirts feel like they are made of plastic and of very poor quality. They offered $14 and I could keep them (I paid $69.28 for them). When I refused they offered me $25. When I refused again they offered me $40 and said that was as high as they could go. If I still want to return them, I have to ship them to DUBAI! That would cost around $27. I hope my credit card company can help!

I have finally received an address to return items after several text back and forth. The company on the advertisement said made in South Carolina. I did not receive a return label and they said the return address is in Dubai. The shipping will be approx half the cost of the merchandise. This communication has been on going for almost my 30 days. They also tried several times to get me to accept a small portion of credit off the full amount. I too have turned to my credit card company.

I am still waiting for mine to be settled. 3 dresses many months ago. Charged $US, on site said priced in $AU. I rang Credit Card company next day and lodged complaint as felt was a scam, they cancelled card and many weeks later got in contact, and said looking into wanted all the details. The package eventually did arrive, left by unknown, on doorstep, no documentation. One dress not same material as quoted it is polyester, which feels like plastic, one other doesn't fit, bodice way too tight, the third one does not fit at all bad workmanship. Clothes not made in USA, not the same material, poor workmanship. Got reply from them after many emails and paltry offers and keep, Refused as not as described nor made in USA I told to return to Dubai, postage cost be $51. I was going to do this and was told may be spending that money and not get a refund. Eventually my CC company contacted me to with documentation the company sent them, they told credit card company were as shown on site, saying they were correct and as described. No difference in Au and US cost. Yes those photos & print etc did look like the lovely online dresses, but one definitely not the material as described, poor quality nor made in USA. 7 days to dispute and when rang CC company, to query the documentation from company I was told still in process of looking into pending a decision. I have not heard anything so I feel like having to pay and told also have to pay interest on purchase as not paid with in interest free time. Certainly not impressed with either option. Not buy online again once bitten twice shy.

Why are they allowed to advertise if so many complaints are being made. You can’t get any sensible answer from these people. They are not in the US but advertise made in SC. I live in SC . I ordered 2 dresses from them it took over 3 weeks to get them. One is way to large but I can’t get in touch with them. They just want our money. Scammers and need to be charged as ncc FCC made to refund all money. OK my big [censored] in the White House do something or do you own this company? Sounds like you jerk.

This website is a fraud! The clothing I ordered did not look like the picture that is online. Absolutely a scam! I have requested via email a form to request a refund but I highly doubt I'll receive anything. Also, be aware that these clothing scams have different names but sell the same products so be careful. This website is Deuyo! Do not order! The clothing is rubbish, bad quality and not the same as the pictures advertised. Also, the packaging came from a Joe Doe from Jamaica, NY. I tried to look up the address on zillow but none could be found. Go figure!

I ordered a dress from this company and it took forever to arrive. It is the worst fitting dress I ever tried on. I emailed them telling them I wanted a label to return the dress and get a refund on my credit card. They answered back saying they would give me a $9 refund & I can keep the dress. Well that went over like a lead balloon. I replied back that I wanted a full refund & I would return the dress. Another email saying they would give me $13 refund & keep the dress. Nope do not want the dress just a full refund. They wrote back - would give me $22 refund. Nope I want a full refund. Finally they said they would give me a full refund but I had to return the dress to an address in Dubai. I checked mailing. It would cost me $26.50 to return the dress. I finally took the $22. All this for a dress that supposedly was made in South Carolina - according to their ad. I now have a dress that wouldn't fit anyone with normal measurements.

Do not order anything from this company.

Have tried to get a return form I sent in a couple of requests no answer. the last time I tried they had a form to talk to an agent but you had to pay a fee which is refundable but I am not doing that. What are my options? I just want a label! My order number is #5298668 my name is Babs Riley

DO NOT ORDER from this vendor … The products I ordered eventually arrived … but were very poor quality, mis-sized, and not at all matching the beautiful pictures on the website. Then when I tried to return, the merchant refused to pay for shipping and refused to provide a refund. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card, but the merchant simply responded saying that the products were as ordered. I got nowhere after countless emails with this vendor. This is a SHAM operation … do not fall for it.

I recently purchased a couple of dresses from Deuyo, and requested a return as the sizes were wonky and the quality was poor. They responded with the following:

We would appreciate if you can send us some photos either wearing our items or posing them. A 20% OFF coupon code will send out once we get your photos.

Are you kidding me? I will not be sending photos and will not be ordering from them again!

i received 2 dresses from this company saturday 9/24 and immediately upon checking my shipment i went online to try and get a return shipment authorization and refund. since that date they have contacted me with low offers for a refund but will not give me a total refund. can't find anyone to talk to over the phone.i'm at a loss as what to do now.

Don't bother trying to return them. You have to return items to Dubai and they'll only offer a partial refund for the items and you get to keep the horrible "clothing." Try your credit card company if it isn't too late.
