This company is an absolute scam and will fight you until the end. You have attached yourself as a booking agent to our b&b google page, which we did not authorize. You are requesting a huge amount of money per reservations which again we did not authorize! You tagged/stole my b&b info from booking.com where my property was listed and created a false profile on your site. Firstly, my property is closed due to the pandemic, secondly, what are people paying for? I have contacted google and have made them aware since it is apparent you are tagging yourself on small businesses to scam people out of money during this pandemic.

They are a scam.

They scammed us by selling us a fake & non-refundable one-night stay in "Cote d'Azure Hotel Monaco Dubai World Islands".

When we went to check-in today, 22 September 2023, The reception told us that we do not have a valid reservation and that they do not accept from Destinia or deal with them.

They lure you with an attractive tariffs compared to other websites & platforms, that's how we fell for them.

Be careful of these scammers.

I am writing this email to express mine and my partner’s experience with your services. We booked our trip through your site several months prior to our reservation with the expectation that you would promptly send our information to the hotel and then provide us confirmation of our stay. Despite numerous bad reviews and a lack of communication, we still gave you guys a chance. However, after calling you every other day, we got the same excuse “we have contacted our supplier but they have not responded. We will send them another message and contact you once they have sent it over”. The day before our departure, you INSISTED that the hotel will have our reservation on file.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff stated that they never received any type of confirmation. They contacted several other Hilton resorts in the area in case it was sent to the wrong one but none of them received any sort of correspondence from Destinia. One of your promises was that if the hotel did not have the reservation, you would put us in a comparable hotel at no charge so we reached out to your 24/7 hotline and waited for hours to speak to someone but no one ever answered!

We were left stranded in another country with nowhere to stay and unable to pay for another hotel and our return flights were scheduled for the following Saturday, 6 DAYS AFTER OUR ARRIVAL.

Once we were able to connect with someone from Destinia, they said that all we have to do is check in with the hotel, pay out of pocket and then send our invoice for reimbursement but a different representative stated that they cannot honor that promise but instead offer a 20% discount at another hotel which was unacceptable.

When confronting the representative, they suddenly started speaking Spanish and acted like they do not understand English but I speak Spanish and well as Hilton's front desk staff - we even had the Hilton staff speak directly to Destinia's rep but we all agreed that your company was giving us the run around and trying to dodge all of our questions. You even went so far as to give us fake confirmation numbers that the Hilton staff insisted were not real.

We are beyond infuriated with your terrible business practices. A refund alone is not enough to compensate for the emotional distress that you put us through and we may consider legal action.
