Design Crowd review: Design was poor, not original and was copied from the internet. Artist lacks talent

I paid $186.16 for a unique design for a t-shirt. September 27th I selected a winning design. Within a day of picking a design I liked. I found the same design on the internet. I complained to the company on October 2nd, that the design was not unique. The word and picture is the same just spread out more. They disagreed because of the positioning of the words. I requested a refund or a different designer and they have denied my request telling me to work with the designer. I have tried to work with the designer but he is unable to provide a unique design.
