This is confirming my disappointment in purchasing goods order # 16048 from your shop.
- - I requested ( sent email, call in) to send a copy of invoice and contact UPS to resolve the issue but they didn’t pick up my phone call, answer my email. As a result UPS charged me CAD103.10 for incorrect documents, holding in customs ( for 14 days), declarations, brokerage fee etc.
- Items were not dispatched on time however in the website stated “ READY…..”. Items were shipped 16 days apart.
- Customer service wouldn’t service oriented
- Sarees are not in ideal conditions and not in good quality. Smells rottens.
The "man" who was apparently a "supervisor" spoke as if though he was illiterate and untrained to be in these circumstances. It has been over 2 months and my product hasn't come. Due to the lack of education of the people who work for this company, I was obliged to cancel my order. And of course I am still waiting for my refund to come through.
