Dermatology Laser Center At MGH review: Facial blood vassals laser removal

On 09/10/2021 I had a session to remove some superficial blood vessels from my face via laser: when I received the treatment I was not told anything about it, but since I did have facial laser treatments in the past, some of which worked and some did not depending on the laser used for such a problem, I made sure to tell the physician that I wished to have just a one time treatment and therefore to use the specific laser that, according to my experience of past treatments, would accomplish the task to eliminate the superficial blood vessels which were the reason for my visit. At the end of the treatment, all the blood vessels were stil there but I was not given any explanation and charged $450.00.
A couple of weeks later I talked to the person in charge of the office by the name Lori, who told me that this kind of treatment takes 3 to 4 session to have any result; I complaint that I should have been told so and also reiterated that I had told the doctor that in the past a specific kind of treatment that she (the same physician herself working at another practice) had used did work and not another (which was used another time) so to make sure to use the kind of laser which had successfully used on me in the last. This office Director said that the way to treat blood vessels always takes 3 to 4 sessions and what I was saying was not corresponding to the truth and hang up on me.
Days later I called back and left a message with one of the secretaries to which I then received a voice message from such Director Lori saying that I was"lying".
I am shocked at the behavior of this person and this practice in this situation. I have been going to this practice for years dealing with two other physicians, and even though very pricey, I had been satisfied with the results up to this unacceptable episode.
I feel I have been insulted and I have been charged for no reason since the results have been zero
I think that this should have been handled very differently on the part of Dermatology Laser Center At MGH.
I waited up until now to express my opinion and share my experience since I was hoping that they would have reached out to me to correct such unethical behavior.
I believe everyone who is thinking to go to this practice should be aware of my experience.
