Deringo review: Bicycle

Hello, I brought bicycle for 599 SAR on 15th august 2022 morning at lulu hypermarket al yasmin, but after few hours the bicycle tube was no air then take to the lulu market again they said that they will change and give within one day but today's date 19th august still I didn't receive, I gave my mobile number also still they still didn't contact me I called many times but no responce kindly do the needfull
