It was a thursday morning, I was up early to call the re-emplyment center to have information about my claim. Normally when I call at exactly 8am my call will be answered in 30mins. But today, it keeps on hanging up. So here's what the automated voice said, "... CANNOT CERTIFY ON THIS NUMBER. FOR CLAIMING BENEFITS CALL [protected]..." and then it will hang up. Its been 2months since I reopen my claim. I have finished my contract with my employer. I got no savings no nothing. Please take a look in this issue and how can we talk to an agent if it automatically hangs up.
