To Whom It May Concern:

On 5/2/22 I accessed a website: https://www.facebook.comAGENT-SMITH-Davies-101757868730141/ AGENT SMITH Davies, Legal

This application was supposed to be connected to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Financial Services for assistance for the old and enterprises with cash. I contacted Smith Davies and he collected, name, address, dob, gender, occupation, rent or own, salary and cell number.

Mr. Davies ran the information through a database, and responded back that verification was successful. He sent a form via messenger that hat had different dollar amounts on it, one of which I selected , how much I would have to pay to receive $50,000.00 which was $1000.00.

I responded that I didn’t have the fee, he asked when I could get it and it was to be paid by Apple gift cards in increments of $500.00. I did forward the $1000,00 in gift cards on 5/2/22. Smith Davies replies that he needed 2500 for the IRS; He claims they would pay part of it, I paid $1250.00. On 5/5/22 he sent a picture of a Fed Ex truck backing out of a driveway, an audio saying they were on their way to my address; which did not happen due to an accident he claims. I was sent some certificate showing that the money I was to receive was $100,000.00. I was told I would have to make another payment of $1000.00 and that I didn’t have to worry about anything this time because everything would be insured. Agent Smith told me on 5/7/22 that the package was ready for delivery. Also was told that only $500.00 of the $1000.00 payment could be verified, therefore the card had to be replaced. Another $500.00 Apple gift was sent. I checked and the previous card had been consumed. Davies sent me a picture of a fed ex package on 5/10/22. Claimed my winning money would be delivered within eight hours. Was told drivers were on their way, again it never happened. If I wasn’t going to be at point of delivery which was my home address I provided I could have them deliver it to my job. He claims delivery men came and I wasn’t at either place. 5/12/22 Mr. Davies informed me that I would have to pay $3000.00 for appealing fees because it was a penalty for me not being at point of delivery. This was paid on 5/14/22. The money was supposed to be delivered on 5/15/22, but Davies claimed that the drivers discovered that it was only $20,000.00 they were carrying, that’s why delivery wasn’t made. The amount of $100,000.00 was the new amount that was supposed to be granted to me, then changed again to $200,000.00 according to Ms. Sandra Bullock. To date each time there was no delivery the amount would change. The most recent amount is $300,000.00 of which I still have not received after paying penalty fees and so called escort fees.

Mr. Davies was supposed to be returning the money I had paid to him through gift cards. Money was never returned to me. Mr. Davies co-worker Sandra Bullock took over as the agent that would do my application again. The same scenario has taken place and I have filed a separate report. MS. Bullock claims that she would not let the same thing happen with the money that had took place with Mr. Davies. Mr. Davies had given me a number for their headquarters office; 1.707.931.4629. I tried calling the number and got a busy signal.

A Mr. Gary White replied back via messenger claiming to be the attorney for the Department of Health and Human services, and informed that if,” Ms. Sandra Bullock was not treating me right to let them know.” I did not respond.

This address could be connected to Mr. Davies; as headquarters office-312 N Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States.

Thank you,

Doris R Burton
