Ripped off by a delta taxi driver. Picked me up at lime station this morning street and took me to garston (moss street) and charged me £16, its never more than £10, when I complained he became really aggressive. I just paid and got out as I was getting scared. Big man intimidating a small woman! hope he feels good about his extra £6. I was just reading about a delta driver getting jailed for murder recently so I was glad I just got out and not started arguing. Never again. Getting a black cab next time. Some of them are cheaper anyway.

Booked a taxi on 21.07.2022 @01.10pm. Taxi driver took double the fair for a journey that cost £3.50 and he took £6.00 and helped himself to a £2.00 tip from my grandmother who was travelling on a regular journey from her house to her doctors surgery. Who does that to an elderly woman?. He didn’t take the turn at the lights when he was advised and he drove past the surgery, he then blamed my grandmother for this and overcharged her. I would like his badge number to report him to the council. No sat nav and no idea where he was going. My grandmother explained the journey usually only costs £3.50 and he said it’s £6.00. She handed him £10.00 and said she would speak to the office and then he helped himself to an extra £2.00 as he only gave her £2.00 change.

Ripped off my 86 year old grandmother for a regular fair which is usually £3.50. Charged her £6.00 and took a £2.00 tip as well without asking. He didn’t know where he was going drove straight on when he was told in advance to take a left at the lights. Drive past the Doctors surgery when he was told it was near the top of the road and then blamed my grandmother that he went the wrong way twice. No sat nav and no idea where he was going. Who charges double the fair off an elderly person and then helps himself to a tip too. I would like his badge number to report him to the council. Took a £10 note and gave £2 change for a £3.50 fair. Delta booked on 21st July @ 01.10pm.

I had the same problem as alot of other people delta drivers making there own prices up I got a taxi from Kirkby to Wavertree a trip I often use I use other taxi companies and the fair has always been around 16 pound this time the driver took us the moterway HE DID NOT ASK US TO GO THAT ROUTE when we arrived at Wavertree I was charged 30 pound I spoke to the supervisor from delta they said they would get the driver to refund 15 pound. But the driver states I told him to go the moterway I have 3 witnesses that state that was a lie delta then inform me that's the standard price for 12. 5 miles 7pm not only are the drivers theives they are liers to this was the first time and last time I use this dodgy taxi firm the driver refused to wear his covid mask also while I had my two children in the car

New Year’s Eve, charging double time and wouldn’t take us for food on way home on the east lancs road. Even though he was getting paid double the normal fare and waiting time. He told me it was too busy to wait, about 4 cars in the drive through, said he would take us to Kirkby instead as he insisted it would be quieter it weren’t approx the same amount of cars waiting and also took us the longest way around to Kirkby McDonald’s. If you think it’s appropriate to pay nearly £30 for a taxi and not goto where you ask to go, that’s a joke. I work in the office for alpha and my feller drives for alpha. We would never ignore a customers request. Taxi was New Year’s Eve. Pick up the Wellington wavertree under the name of Danielle
