In June of 2022, I lost my wallet. What a disaster! Leading to many issues. Obviously, the finder did not return it to any authority. Issues are still hounding me.
When I realized my loss, I stopped/froze all transactions on the various debit, credit cards I carried. Many were attempted from $65 up to $6000! My bank was excellent in stopping, freezing or informing me as to which were valid, and which were an attempted fraud.
One fraudulent transaction for merchandise went thru at Delta Sonic Car Wash in Rochester, NY. for $65. When my bank, M&T, called me for authorization I refused as it was not my purchase. Furthermore, Delta Sonic has continued to charge $ 21.59 monthly on my Priceline credit card for their unlimited car washes and discounted gasoline. When I drive thru their automated system, I'm declined a discount on gas and free car wash as they still want their $65 even though I've written to their booking office explaining everything. I'd like a refund of my $21.59 times approximately 6 months for the time I've been unable to use the card thru no fault of my own. And a usable Delta Sonic card.

Additional info; 10 months of reimbursement at this time.
Additional info: More time has past as have more fees $21.59 monthly. Initially, I authorized
a charge utilizing Priceline credit card. After some months, I closed that and they began withdrawing money from my checking account at M&T; not authorized!

Must one hit submit after an initial complaint. Perhaps I didnt. Was this submitted to Delta Sonic? They're still charging me $21.59 monthly and my card does not work nor allow a discount on gasoline.
I hope you can resolve this. My next step by April 1 will be Small Claims Court.
