I purchased a DTL153 Defy toploader washing machine at Game Groblersdal on 30 April 2023.
On 17 May 2023 a fault was reported and logged with Defy South Africa Service Centre. A technician was send, report submitted, parts ordered.
Since then I have been told to wait. Today is 07 June 2023,
I find this utterly ridiculous.
It has been nearly 4 weeks now.
Since parts are still pending delivery I would like my machine to be replaced, but this seems to be a problem for a big company such as Defy.
What am I to do?
I am a working mother, I have been paying a company to do my laundry. I do not think Defy is going to compensate me for the kilometres driven or the cost of the laundry service.
I am frustrated and fed-up.
