I have 8 payments that I made on my Nebraska furniture mart card totaling 205$ which has put me over my limit, I work there also and it makes me look bad. Every payment I would put through by my dayforce card because that is where I get paid and I use it there most would go through at first and I would get a confirmation number and everything. Then it would reach dayforce and it would get rejected and everytime it rejected they would charge Nebraska furniture mart that money which in turn charges me. All of this totally 205$ and I owe more than my limit. I called today because I received a copy of it with all the dates and amounts and I called and was trying too get someone too help me and understand what I was doing and how I needed that money back. They would ask me the same questions 100 times and give me no results. Then I was talking to some type of manager and she tells me that I need too fill out a form explain this again which I already had 4 other times and they would open an investigation and it would take up to 90 days. That’s when I really got upset because I work on the phones resolving customer issues all day. So instead of helping me and seeing that the payments were rejected and issuing my money back so I could pay my bill (good customer service) which I would not done she tells me this I’m like let me speak too your supervisor then she tells me she isn’t available and no other manager is so they will have too call me back after I’ve already been on the phone for over an hour so they can tell me it could take 3 months and they may decide they aren’t paying me. From what I know about ceridan customer service is a big deal and I work at a huge company that represents it and I told the women I spoke with customer care and she said it was the card that was pushing it back. I told her I would even take 100$ so I can pay my bill and get off this phone call. No one did anything and it made me feel like I don’t want a card or company that is not going to believe and help me when I have the proof. 205$ in the grand scheme of things isn’t that big of a deal to a large company but for a single mother I need that money and it would of gone right back to the bill. I do not understand why I was not compensated right away and then conversation ended now I don’t know what to do. But I found out ceridan represented dayforce so if I can’t get an answer from this I will speak too my boss and escalate bc I need that money and there was no reason for it too be returned. Hopefully this gets to someone who will actually do something because it is absolutely ridiculous what I just dealt with

Desired outcome: I would like my 205$ back so I can pay my bill and get back on track please
