On 8/28/2022 a 1,800 transaction went through incorrect amount. I called on 8/30/2022 to refund this transaction. Was told I couldn't refund until it was complete. On 8/30/2020 in the afternoon it was complete. I refunded this transaction and it was at zero. 9/1/2020 the pulled another b1,800 for the same transaction to. I called to resolve this error and was told it only processed once, I have documentation from the bank that it was pulled twice. Card pointe supervisors won't call me back to resolve this issue. I even opened a ticket uploaded all the information and my phone number requesting per a supervisor call me back. Still no phone call and no explanation to why they pulled 3,600 from my account.
