I wanted to attend a theatre performance and did an online search for the event. [protected]) Viagogo Geneve had an elaborate web-based link appear at the top of the search engine. This is a common occurrence and trap. It appeared very legitimate and valid. But it has some deceptive software packages in place. I had wanted to obtain two tickets and had indicated that and saw a price - a bit higher than expected - but not too excessive. When I selected the payment option to be processed, the amount that was charged was double what I had been led to believe (i.e. what I thought was for two tickets was calculated as only one). Immediately when the payment went through, I was disappointed at the deception and tried to go only to cancel it. The event that I had selected was conveniently not listed as an option to 'cancel' and so the only option available was to 're-list them to be resold' almost like an auction...rather than allowing me to cancel if for no other reason than as a courtesy. At no time was I ever allowed to 'cancel the order' and to request a refund. That was NEVER on their webpage as an option...only to resell.
