Paid US$1,030 to DataGride FZ‑LLC / AmazonApex for Amazon & eBay setup. Accounts failed (eBay CA & US closed, Amazon US rejected). Demand full refund US$1,030 + US$20,000 compensation, data deletion, acknowledgment of negligence & breach, and action to prevent future consumer harm. I paid DataGride FZ-LLC operating as AmazonApex a total of US$1030 for Amazon and eBay seller account setup services. The company controlled the entire onboarding process including submissions and documentation.
Due to their poor execution and lack of compliance expertise my eBay Canada and eBay US accounts were permanently closed and my Amazon US applications were repeatedly rejected. No operational account was delivered despite advance payment and contractual promises.
After the failures the company refused to issue any refund and attempted to shift responsibility to marketplace decisions. My personal legal and banking data was repeatedly submitted placing my identity at long term risk.
I am requesting a full refund of US$1030 compensation for damages and formal confirmation that all my data has been deleted. This report is filed to warn other consumers and seek accountability for professional negligence and service failure.
