Dear Sir,
My name is Basheer, I am working on abrod, My family always purchasing furniture from Damro this is the 2nd time lodging the complaint, befroe one time happend now repeting the same we ordered one TV stand cupboard on june and paid advance Damro sales from Matale Show room.(Mr.Prabha) is promise to delivery with in one week Now nearly 3 Months .My family only Wife & Mother they are vist several time to show room .every time thy will say some reason (van is broken, table in factory, need to fix and bring, WHY this much lies telling .THIS FOR THE COMPANY REPUTAION WILL COME BAD. Untill now no any responce I also call the show room from abroad-0094-[protected] to Mr.Prabha on 7.9.2012.he told me on8.9.2012 will be delivery .now i try to call from abrod he is not willing to answer the phone I am spending international call for this very small matter. on december i need to purchase a new model Sofa Set ..How can i belive this show room sales people . Compny Managment dos'nt care about customer it will effect your business.
Sorry to say this much because our family ladies only they are in trouble to go every time to vist show room.
Kindly take necessery action about this matter.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM DAMRO

Bought a SAMSUNG FRIDGE and have been trying to get it fixed for 5 MONTHS (Since 1st week of April. The DAMRO Hotline is practically never picked up.

When it is picked up, the service personnel are clueless about what is happening.

Emails are never answered. Only the on-site service personnel that comes to location to fix the fridge ever answers a phone call in a timely fashion.

We have been purchasing items from Damro for ages, but this was our first APPLIANCE purchase from them.

We wish we have stuck with SINGER instead. For years had our appliances fixed with no problem from Singer. Thought to branch out, only because the Damro Showroom was closer - and seriously paying for it in spades.

I ordered some items and made the full payment

Rs. 260,000-approx

At the time of fixing they came to know that the mirror of the dressing table already broken

So they confirmed to deliver it within 03 days

It was not happened & when we inquired they rudely responded us saying that "we can deliver it if the delivery vehicle came by next week only "

How ugly to hear such response from employees?

Is this the way you serve the customer?

We order items by spending our money & there are more Companies to full fill customer requirements

This incident happened in your Panadura branch.

Way they behave in your show rooms will badly effect to your businesses

Customer service is really bad ,1 purchesed set pf furnitures but they didnt sent me on time and they even havent call me regarding delay ,so i called and asked and tald will send on this day and gave a date ,but they didnt sent on that day even and again i call and asked then tald will send next day till evening they havent come so i call again and asked then they tald some of furnitures available and will send on that day so they came around 7 pm in the night ,and rest of furnitures will send in another two day they tald but havent sent again i was call them and asked so then tald ok will send tomorrow i tald in the night im not at home and to come in the noon but again they came in the night and came with another one furniture ,when asked about others they said they donno about it ,then again next day i call them then tald oh will send the other stool next day ,i tald i will have to complain this then Mr kasun from head office tald me ok complain no problem .. i actualy dont understand their costomer servive ,i always purches things from them i donno why Damro Nugegoda doing this and even head office ppl

I purchased a TV from Damro on 12th OCT 2021.
Tv didn’t work from day one.
I called Damro and informed.
A week later no one came to check.
So I called again. They said there is no complain.
Like wise until 9th Nov 2021 despite so many calls my complain wasn’t logged. Up to today 28th Dec 2021 my tv is not fixed. To add to it, their call center representatives have a very bad attitude as if it’s my fault to buy a broken TV. I was scolded by the call center agents and calls here hung up. And I had to spend like 30 mins in order to get an agent online again.
So bad… Damro is loosing it now. Anyone thinking of purchasing from Damro please avoid.
I’m so sad that I have been telling everyone to go to Damro despite Chinese products just because I assumed their customer service is superb. But doesn’t seem so anymore.

I have purchased 1 cot, dressing table and ward robe to a tune of Rs.1, 03, 237/- on 27.06.2020 from your DAMRO stores, Nagole Branch, Hyderabad. They have just brought the parcels and kept in my house and till to date they have not arranged for fixing the same.
They are behaving very rude, not answering our calls as if the subject articles purchased by us are given in free of cost.
This kind of behavior is not at all encouraging and ashamed of this for having such type of staff there.
In the above context I have no option but to return back the same furniture to the same stores, if the furniture in not been arranged for fixing by today itself.

This is very true. Customer service is really bad. I wanted to get a small repair done for one of my Damro cupboard. I made a request two months back. After 4-5 calls, person came and checked what has to be done, and left saying they will get back to me within couple of days. Now its almost 2 months, nothing happened. I called more than 18 times for this small matter. I will never go to Damro again. Think twice before you purchase anything from them.
