Good day I did order 5 pairs of shoes from them on the 20/10/2021 and another pair on the 22/10/2021 so all together 6 pairs and then I received 5 pairs on the 11 of November 2021 and 1 brown pair was out of stock and then the size 7 charcoal did not fit so I ordered another pair of charcoal bata shoes in a size 8 and I had to pay courier fees again even still waiting for the brown bata size 8 and it is now 23/2/2022 and I still have not received my outstanding 2 pairs and every time I phone or WhatsApp they reply by saying they are still waiting for stock they say that they have the 1 pair but still waiting for another pair and it is 4 months now
Very unprofessional and very rude when asked when is my shoes done. Was told all my questions about my shoes was getting irritating for her and then became personal and got into my character when I addressed the fault on her side.
Wanted a refund because the shoes took too long, and was just awnsered "will send email to my accountant", four days later asked her again and no answer.
Still no refund or reply till this day which is 10 days on and the item was in-stock which I paid for.
Will never order from her again, very bad businessman ship.
I am very unhappy with the service which was advertised online. Because of the long waiting period for shoes I cancelled my order plus minus a week ago. I enquired about my refund up to date nothing. I will defnitely not order with this boutique again.
