Tried to order something from their website since the price seemed to good to be true, well, it was, after a few days of not hearing from them, asked in an e-mail whether they had an estimate of when it would ship, their answer was to play 20 questions with me, with some questions even asking why I was e-mailing them in the middle of the night, went ahead and cancelled the order.
Very unprofessional.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This sounds all to familiar, unprofessional, leaving me with an impression of them in having a take it or leave it attitude. Be very aware when ordering through this company, five out of my six
phone calls when to an answering machine, and my three emails were finally returned with a notice that my order was canceled due to my bad attitude. I'm now in the process of waiting to see how long it takes to
get my money refunded.
